About us
In 2017, we met in Iraq working for an international nongovernmental organisation. We clicked on our views about staff welfare, preventing burnout and understanding how our capacity to handle high-stress had an impact on serving people. In 2021, after 3 years of dreaming and envisioning how to better support humanitarians and peacebuilders, we created Regenerative Changemaking. We help mid-career changemakers thrive in a job they love without endless cycles of burnout.
The True Changemaker Program
We believe that individual care is best attended when looked within ecosystems.
